Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, and Medicine
Edward Guzman recently received his PhD in bio-engineering from Harvard University jointly with MIT, specializing in lipid and polymer nanoparticles for RNA delivery to endothelial cells. His doctoral research was advised by Prof. Daniel Anderson in collaboration with Prof. Robert Langer from the Koch Institute of Integrative Cancer Research at MIT. Edward research findings received constructive and favorable feedback from the editor and reviewers of Nature Nanotechnology and his results will be published soon. Edward has also participated in multiple other projects at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and his experience is broad ranging from cellular biology to solid and fluid mechanics as well as heat transfer and acoustics. He is the founder of San Bernardino Consulting Group and currently holds a faculty appointment in the STEM division of Bunker Hill Community College in Boston, MA.
